Future Leaders Program
The Future Leaders program of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association was created in 2018 by TNMBA’s Past President, Retta Gardner, CMB, and Dana Abernathy, CMB. The program is designed to educate and mentor individuals who are passionate about the industry and have the potential to be a future leader within their company as well as a desire to serve on the local, state, and national association level.
Future Leaders is ideal for any candidate who has experience in the Mortgage Industry and who has a passion to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills. It is for those who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the business, but applicants with less or more industry experience will be considered. This is a tremendous opportunity to network with your peers and be a part of a great industry that changes people’s lives. It will add value to yourself as well as your company.
Donna Boling, Mortgage Investors Group; David Menke, Capstar Bank; Aimee MacIlveen, CMB, A Mortgage Boutique, a division of FCM; Greg Hays, First Horizon; Todd Brown, Mortgage Investors Group; Karley Bond, CMB, First Horizon; Eric Fellows, New American Funding; Annie Weiler, 2024 Future Leaders Star Student; Kacie Lynch, 2024 Future Leaders Star Student will be facilitating the program.
