CONSUMER
ALERT:
The Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) is working to
protect you from deceptive and fraudulent practices in
mortgage lending. If you feel you have experienced such tactics
from a TMBA member company, please contact us. If the company is not a member of TMBA, the
association will not be able to review
your complaint. You may
check to see if the company is a member through the
directory in this website.
All complaints should be made to the Division of Consumer Affairs
of the
Tennessee
Department of Financial Institutions, whether the company is a
TMBA member or not. Complaint forms are available on that website
or you may contact them through the Consumer Hotline at
800-778-4215.
