Registration Methods
Fax - You may fax the
registration form along with credit card payment to (901)
321-6789. All faxes with payment must be received by 11:59 pm
CST on April 9, 2008.

Payment Methods
Payment may
be made by check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa,
Discover or American Express). Purchase orders will not be
accepted. A service/processing fee of $35 per
registration will be assessed for returned checks.

Cancellation and Refund
Policy
To cancel a registration and request a
refund, a written request (e-mail is acceptable) must be sent to
info@tnmba.org or
faxed to (901) 321-6789. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Refund checks will be issued four to six weeks after the
Convention.
- Refund requests received or postmarked by March 21,
2008 will receive a full
refund less a $50 handling fee.
- Refund requests received or postmarked between March
21 and April 18, 2008 will receive a refund equal to 50
percent of the appropriate registration fee.
- Refund requests received or postmarked after
April 19, 2008 will not be honored.
- Golf Tournament and/or any other ticket fees will be
refunded in full if written request is received or
postmarked by April 19, 2008.
After April 19, 2008, no refund is available.
