Loan Officer Training with Sue
Woodard - Sponsored by MGIC
Sue Woodard is currently a National Sales Trainer and home loan
originator in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Sue started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in
1993 as a loan processor, and over the years, worked in a
variety of operational roles as an underwriter and office
manager; originating much more by
default than by
design.
But since making the decision
to originate full time in 1998, she has
consistently been a top producer, along with
managing a highly motivated team. Sue’s
profitable business is 100% by referral.
Sue remains an active
originator and is now also a highly sought after
industry speaker, trainer and writer, also
hosting her own financial radio show every
Sunday morning. She is the Vice President
of the Mortgage Market Guide, as well as the
lead writer for the Mortgage Market Guide
Weekly.
She is a member of the
Mortgage Association of Minnesota, the
Minneapolis Board of Realtors, the Women’s
Council of Realtors, and is on the Advisory
Board for Ellie Mae.
Theme
- "Mortgage
Bankers...Making a Difference in Tennessee"
This theme challenges us to intentionally
focus on our individual and collective professional efforts in
the wake of one of the mortgage industry's most trying times.
Do what you can, however insignificant it may seem, to encourage
everyone to identify something in which they were not previously
engaged and to make a difference to that cause.
What
matters is not the size of the gesture, but our desire to become
agents of positive change — in our industry, our community, our
nation, and our world. We invite you to join us in our
endeavors.
Our convention participants can:
-
Make purposeful choices among professional
outcomes that address contemporary knowledge, skills and
values.
-
Build expertise that is based on the best
of research in our profession.
Be challenged. Be purposeful.
Let's make a difference in Tennessee!
